We're a 30-year-old national company who is expanding our sales team, with sales management positions also available. We're seeking ambitious, self-starting sales people and/or people with customer service experience who want to work from home, using our proven methods to offer our unique Membership packages to new prospects who respond to our lead-generation system we provide you with.
No Cold-Calling Required! We're looking for “sales facilitators” (with a sales and/or customer service background) to help assist us in attracting leads and making sales. Once a lead has been attracted, your job will simply be to help us “facilitate” the sale. When successful, you’ll get paid a sales commission of up to $1,650 per Membership sale. Sales commissions are paid weekly.
Our sales process includes a simple lead-attraction system we've perfected over our 30-years in business. You'll never be asked to cold-call a single prospect.
Your job is simple: During training, we'll teach you 3 simple ways to use our system to attract Prospective Members using a simple approach that doesn't require cold-calling or talking to people who are not already pre-qualified.
Worried about how to get started? No problem. When you're accepted, you'll tap into our "fast start system" that lets us make your first few sales for you. You could have your first sales commissions in the bank before you really even get started.
You will work from home on your schedule, but we have an in-house staff who will assist you as needed. Your job is to help us generate the leads for our 3 Membership packages (without cold-calling!). We will work with your leads to assist you in making the initial Membership sales and upgrades to the higher membership packages. By the way, you will earn commission on their initial purchase and if/when they upgrade in the future.
We have a package of information – including a free book – that we will send by mail to all of the leads, and we also do things like conference calls and follow-ups on your behalf, to help make each new membership sale. Part of your job will be to connect with them and encourage them to get started with at least a Basic Membership (which earns you $150). This is why we call this job a "sales facilitator" position. Every time a Membership sale is made to a lead you helped us attract, you'll earn between $150 and $1,650, depending on the Membership package they purchase.

Before I go any further, let me make this clear...
This is a straight-commission sales job with no minimum guarantee (draw).
You will be paid $150 (about 50%) per Basic Membership sale that we help you make... and between $500 and $1,000 extra for our available Silver and Gold Membership upgrades. Sales Managers are also eligible for a 10% to 20% Bonus commission that’s based on sales commissions earned by your extended sales team that you help us manage.
This is important, so let me say it again... This is NOT an hourly sales job, and there is no draw or minimum guaranteed pay. That means you only get paid when sales are made. This is known as a straight-commission sales job, and it’s not right for everyone. I want to be clear about that. Very specifically, the amount of money you are paid will depend on and be based solely on the quality and quantity of leads you attract using our sales system, and ultimately how many of those leads choose to purchase one of our Membership packages.
When it comes to helping us attract leads, you can work when you want and where you want, with only moral and practical guidelines.
The one part of your job that is a little more structured is the time you spend on the phone following up to the leads and helping us facilitate each sale. On the phone, you can generally call leads between 9am and 9pm their time. (For example, if you live in NYC, you don’t want to call a lead who lives in Los Angeles at 9am your time, because it’s only 5am where they live.)
Most of our sales team works between Monday and Friday (feel free to take a day off to spend time with your spouse and/or kids whenever you want, you’re the boss). Saturdays are optional at your discretion and desire. Your exact schedule can vary, but could be very part-time, leaving you plenty of time each day to do other things you need or want to get done. This is the perfect sales position for an ambitious self-starter who wants a part-time gig and is comfortable helping us attract leads and talking on the phone to help facilitate the Membership sales.
If selected, a smartphone and basic computer skills will be helpful. You can use your own phone number, or you can use a service like Google Voice or Grasshopper and an App to have a separate phone number to make/receive sales calls through. It's up to you. Just keep in mind that your leads are likely to call you on whatever number you give them.
A few things you'll need to be successful in this position:
1) Obviously, this is a phone-based sales facilitation job, and you must be comfortable talking on the phone to prospective Members.
2) A great attitude and an ability to brush off rejection (from warm prospects who ultimately tell you NO.)
3) A willingness to follow our proven marketing system to help us attract prospective members (generate leads). We give you 3 unique methods that you’re free to use any combination of, including our simple system that lets us do all the work to get your first few sales for you.
4) A modern smartphone with the ability to download Apps (if you want to get a separate phone number to make/receive calls from prospects). Some people may choose to add a 2nd line to their mobile phone account to use for their sales job.
5) A PC or Mac (maybe a good Tablet) with Internet access. Plus basic skills to communicate with our in-house management team, work with Google Docs and Spreadsheets, etc. These are basic skills that can easily be learned.
6) Good mobile phone reception at your home (or where you intend to spend time making and receiving sales calls).
7) A Google Gmail account/address. We typically use Google Docs and Spreadsheets to work with our at-home sales teams.
8) A good attitude. Refusal to give up. And the ability to manage yourself.
